CLEANING
_edited_edited.png)
What goes into our cleaning process?
Brake pads are usually made out of carbon composites, ceramics, or semi-metallic composites. Road grime is a combination of rocks and miscellaneous debris. These can all scratch your rims without the correct cleaners. To prevent damage during cleaning, your wheels are first sprayed with a wheel cleaning detergent and then scrubbed using soft bristle brushes. Once finished, they are rinsed to remove any brake dust, road grime, and any leftover detergent
Cleaning is important for more than good looks. Over long periods, contaminants can degrade and damage your rims and tires. Making sure your wheels are clear of debris prior to storage is critical to prevent that debris from embedding in the covers and potentially scratching your rims.
